| I'm back, after a long haitus... but here's another cool quote about expectations, courtesy of Grey's Anatomy (watch it!):
You gotta wonder why we cling to our expectations
Because the expected is what keeps us steady... standing....still.
The expecteds, just the beginning.
The unexpected......... is what changes our lives.

| So me and Esther were talking about expectations in life, and I remembered a pretty good quote I heard a while back but couldn't quite remember the exact words to at the time. I just thought I'd share with everyone what it is since I thought it was pretty deep:
"You will never be happy with what you expect. To change your happiness change your expectations."
It's short, but I think it's very true. And here's another one for you guys as well:
"Once once upon a time an old bull and a young bull were standing on a
hill top looking down at a pasture of cows. The young bull looked at
the old bull and said, "let's run down there and f**k one of those
cows." The old bull looked the young bull in the eye and said, "No Son,
let's walk down there and f**k 'em all."
Words of wisdom indeed.

| According to this article there's a new ringtone out that could only be heard by younger people. As people age, they lose out on their ability to pick up high pitched sounds. The link to the sound is in that article... could you hear it? or are you too old?
